Hydraulic engineer Carlo Milani and psychologist-psychotherapist Maria Giovanna (Marilì) Giovani renovated this facility which had belonged to the Milani family since 1840.

This place, with its extensive garden along the Frigido River flowing below, the Candia hills descending towards the seashore and the ancient bell tower of the village church, expresses a 19th century atmosphere that fully conveys these owners’ love of nature, poetry and culture.

The slow passage of time in an environment that evokes the past encourages spending time with others and enjoying the pleasures of friendship.
