Location

At 500 m from the old-town centre, Borgo del Ponte, holiday home in Tuscany at Massa, is a facility that features an evocative garden and a large car park. There is a main building, a portion of which dates back to the 17th century, and a carriage house. Both have been recently remodelled, maintaining the original style and furnished in a classical style.

It was once a popular inn. Giovanni Pascoli was among its many guests. He wrote about it in his poem “Noon”.

Hospitality

The facility’s renovation observed the ancient style of construction, using marble, wood, terracotta and stone. There are three apartments for rent, one of which is on the second floor with a view. There is also a lift to carry you to your apartment. Car park is gravelled, in harmony with the classical Italian style. Many fruit trees (especially citrus fruits), flowers and herbs grow in the peaceful, sunny garden with its centuries-old cypress tree. The clear Frigido River flows below.
