Low season: March, April, October (minimum stay: 4 nights)

Mid Season: May, June and September (minimum stay: 4 nights)

High season: July and August (minimum stay: 7 nights)

Daily rates are for stays of at least 4  nights.

For stays longer than a week or for monthly rents, the rates must be agreed from time to time.

 Rates

The rates listed on the website are calculated on a weekly basis. You can, however, reserve your flat for less than a week. Minimum stay must be for 4 nights.

Rates include:

• Electricity, water, heating/cooling consumption
• Final clean-up
• Parking on the premises.

Rates do not include:

• Daily clean-up of the flat. This service is also available for an extra fee and must be requested at the time of your reservation.

  15 € flat “Il lucernaio”
  20 € flat “La casina”
  30 € flat “Panoramico”
  20 € flat “Le Tre Viste”

For organizational purposes, these services must be requested at the time of your reservation.

Payment

30% on booking by bank transfer. The balance on arrival in cash.

Only cash payments are accepted at this facility.

Cancellations

Cancellations does not provide the restitution of the down payment.

Arrivals and departures

Guests can check in between 4:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. If you plan to arrive before, please notify the owners in advance to make arrangements.

Check-out by 10:00 a.m.

Animals

Animals are not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the flats.
